The Chelsea 489CLAHX-P5RF is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO opening, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts straight to the transmission face, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths.
