The Chelsea 871XCQTP-B5XV is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. A compact housing keeps clearance issues to a minimum, and the ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than the gray iron cap used in the predecessor 870 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibrational stress. The series offers nine speed ratios and thirteen output options, including Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations. Common markets include fire and rescue, truck cranes, pumper cleaner, and refuse applications.
