The Chelsea 489GLAHX-H3XD is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate and its associated leak path. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP, with shift actuation via wire or cable mechanical linkage. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity under demanding vocational duty cycles.
