The Chelsea 489QRLZX-D3RF is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 489 Series, designed to mount directly to the 8-bolt opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing both installation time and potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shifts via wire/cable mechanical actuation. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity.
