The Chelsea 489XHAHP-V5GA is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts to the 8-bolt transmission opening and eliminates the adapter plate leak path common on other PTO designs. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201 to 300 lb-ft and delivers up to 46-55 HP of output power. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
