The Chelsea 489ZLDAX-A5RE is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to bolt directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening found on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, cutting down on potential leak paths and reducing installation time. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM through a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft.
