The Chelsea 489ZLDAX-A5RJ is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to the 8-bolt opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate and its associated leak path. The 489 Series delivers an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and shaft output of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series, simplifying service.
