The Chelsea 871LDFJW-D5TY is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Its compact housing is engineered to reduce clearance issues during installation, and the ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than the gray iron design used in the predecessor 870 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibrational stress. Pressure lube and wet spline lubrication are standard on this unit. The 871 Series is available in nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations. Common markets include fire and rescue, refuse, truck cranes, and pumper-cleaner applications.
