The Chelsea 871LFQTW-B5TS is a 10-bolt, hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series features a compact housing that reduces clearance concerns, a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than the gray iron cap used in the predecessor 870 Series, and an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap for improved clamp load. Continuous torque capacity for the series reaches up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm), with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Wet Spline lubrication is included in this part number configuration, extending PTO and pump shaft service life. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options are available across the 871 Series. Common markets include fire and rescue, refuse, truck cranes, and pumper cleaner applications.
