The Chelsea 871XALNP-B5RZ is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, engineered for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous duty applications. Its compact housing reduces clearance issues during installation, and multiple assembly arrangements expand mounting possibilities. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than the gray iron used in the predecessor 870 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibration-related wear. The 871 Series also supports Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear options, making it the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three. Pressure lube and wet spline lubrication are available. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations cover a wide range of application requirements. Common markets include fire and rescue, refuse, pumper cleaner, and truck crane service.
