The Chelsea 871XBFJW-D5RS is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty applications. Its compact housing reduces clearance concerns during installation, and multiple assembly arrangements expand mounting options. The 871 Series replaces the earlier Chelsea 870 Series, incorporating a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than the gray iron predecessor, plus an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap for improved clamp load. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options provide wide application flexibility across fire and rescue, truck crane, refuse, and pumper cleaner equipment.
