The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890XBFJW-N5XY, is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series uses a 10-bolt mounting configuration and positions the pump output flange at the rear of the transmission, gaining clearance where space is tightest. The output is SAE C with Wet Spline Technology, which extends service life on both the PTO shaft and the mating pump shaft under continuous-duty demands. A one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO body and the output extension. The series is rated for intermittent torque above 501 lb-ft and output power above 56 HP. Typical applications include aerial trucks, fire and rescue apparatus, refuse trucks, and truck cranes.
