The Chelsea 892CEFJW-B3CS is a hydraulic hot-shift Power Take-Off from the 892 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 4700 Series transmissions. The 892 Series positions the PTO pump mounting flange at the rear of the transmission, creating improved pump clearance where space is tight. A one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and the output extension, and the clutch sits at the rear of the housing so the gear section tucks close to the transmission. Output uses Wet Spline Technology to extend PTO and pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Mounting is 10-bolt with an SAE C outlet flange and SAE C output shaft. The series carries an intermittent torque rating above 501 lb-ft and output above 56 HP. Typical applications include aerial trucks, fire and rescue trucks, refuse trucks, and truck cranes.
