The Chelsea 489XSAHX-V6XD is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts to the standard 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate that would otherwise add a leak path. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm) and delivers up to 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1000 RPM on the shaft.
