The Chelsea 288GDFJW-M8RF or 288GDFJWM8RF is a 10-bolt, constant mesh Power Take-Off built on the proven 288 Series platform. The 288 Series delivers a single, continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft, made possible by wider gears and larger-capacity bearings housed in a cast iron body. Ductile iron bearing caps are 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing the damaging vibration effects of modern engine designs. The standard output shaft uses a 1-1/4" round shaft with keyway configuration and includes positive stop for driveline outputs, eliminating oil seal damage from shaft couplings. Nine speed ratios span low and high ranges. A hydraulic hose is included. The optional Wet Spline lubrication configuration extends pump shaft life by 7 to 10 times.
