The Chelsea 249XMLLX-EV08 or 249XMLLXEV08 is a Power Take-Off assembly from the Chelsea 249 Series, designed for the Ford 6R140 TorqShift 6 automatic transmission with a 6-bolt Ford mounting pattern. The 249 Series is Chelsea's patented noise-reduction PTO, the only quiet PTO built specifically for Ford Super Duty TorqShift 6 applications. It uses a hydraulic PowerShift actuation system with a single hose connection and an integrated cartridge valve and pressure switch, which reduces installation time and eliminates additional leak paths. The series carries an intermittent torque rating up to 200 lb-ft and is suited for aerial, tow and recovery, service truck, small dump truck, and fire and rescue applications.
