The 442 Series features a cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings on the output shaft, delivering an intermittent torque rating in the 250 lb-ft (339 Nm) range and output power from 46 to 55 HP. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and is built for light-to-medium duty vocational work including dump trucks, tow trucks, and service trucks.
