The Chelsea 489DLMAX-56XD or 489DLMAX56XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift mechanism and delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft.
