The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489GFAHX-V5RJ or 489GFAHXV5RJ mounts to the 8-bolt PTO opening on most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. The 489 Series uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for improved load capacity.
