The Chelsea 489GFAHX-H3XY or 489GFAHXH3XY is a 489 Series Power Take-Off designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type for this series is wire/cable mechanical. Output is via a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft, and the 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity.
