The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489GHAHX-A5RK or 489GHAHXA5RK, is a mechanical-shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to compatible Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec transmissions, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths compared to bolt-on adapter designs. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power from 46 to 55 HP, with tapered bearings replacing needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
