The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489GHAHX-V5RE or 489GHAHXV5RE is a wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission aperture without an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. The 489 Series is rated for intermittent torque of 201 to 300 lb-ft and delivers up to 46-55 HP output. The 1-1/4-inch round keyed output shaft includes a greaseable option to resist spline fretting and corrosion. Fits most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec.
