The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489GRAHX-U5XK or 489GRAHXU5XK, is an 8-bolt PTO designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts to the 8-bolt transmission aperture and delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series, rated at 201-300 lb-ft. The 489 Series uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for improved load capacity. This unit features wire/cable mechanical shift and a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft.
