The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489GUAHX-V5XD or 489GUAHXV5XD, is a mechanical-shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton Fuller, Mack, Tremec, and similar gearboxes. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt aperture, eliminating the adapter plate and its associated leak path. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series runs 201 to 300 lb-ft. The series offers 27 output options, including a 360-degree rotatable flange with a greaseable output shaft to reduce spline fretting and corrosion. Shift is wire/cable mechanical.
