The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489QCLZX-V3RB or 489QCLZXV3RB, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path and reducing installation time. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is through a rotatable SAE B 4-bolt flange with a 7/8" 13-tooth SAE B shaft. The series uses tapered bearings for greater load capacity compared to needle bearings.
