The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate required on earlier designs, reducing potential leak paths and installation time. The 489 Series delivers an intermittent torque rating of 201 to 300 lb-ft (301 to 400 Nm) and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft.
