The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489QFLZX-D3RE or 489QFLZXD3RE, is built around an integral 8-bolt cast iron housing that bolts directly to the transmission opening on most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece housing eliminates the adapter plate found on older designs, cutting potential leak paths at the mounting face. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers up to 55 HP output, with a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft.
