The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489QRLZX-D3RE or 489QRLZXD3RE, is a mechanical-shift PTO built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening without an adapter plate, eliminating one potential leak path compared to adapter-style units. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is via a 1-1/4" round shaft with key.
