The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489QQMEX-56XD or 489QQMEX56XD, is built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This 489 Series PTO uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers up to 250 lb-ft of intermittent torque. Tapered bearings replace the needle-bearing design for greater load-carrying capability.
