The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XFAHX-A5RC or 489XFAHXA5RC, is an 8-bolt PTO designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec, without requiring an adapter plate. The integral one-piece cast iron housing eliminates that extra potential leak path. This unit uses wire/cable mechanical shift and produces 46 to 55 HP intermittent output with a torque rating of 201 to 300 lb-ft (301 to 400 Nm). The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Tapered bearings provide greater load-bearing capability over needle-bearing designs.
