The Chelsea 489XLAHX-W3AF or 489XLAHXW3AF is a 489 Series Power Take-Off for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series is designed for wire/cable mechanical shift operation and delivers up to 250 lb-ft of intermittent torque, matching the torque capacity of the Chelsea 442 Series. Output shaft type is a round shaft with 1-1/4-inch key. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
