The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XLAHX-W3RK or 489XLAHXW3RK is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings, fitting applications such as Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt aperture, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and uses tapered bearings for greater load-bearing capability compared to needle bearing designs.
