The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XLEVX-A5XD or 489XLEVXA5XD, is an 8-bolt PTO designed for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque of 201 to 300 lb-ft and output power of 46 to 55 HP. The output shaft is a 1-1/4 inch round shaft with key.
