The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XQAHX-V5RY or 489XQAHXV5RY, is an 8-bolt mechanical shift PTO designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts to the 8-bolt transmission opening and delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. The 489 Series uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for greater load capacity, and internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
