The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XQEVX-V4XK or 489XQEVXV4XK, is an 8-bolt mount PTO designed for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range. The 489 Series features tapered bearings for increased load capacity and a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft.
