The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XRITX-A4XK or 489XRITXA4XK, mounts directly to the 8-bolt opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate, removing a potential leak path while delivering the same 250 lb-ft torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4 inch round shaft with key. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
