The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XSDUX-V3RK or 489XSDUXV3RK, is a mechanical-shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is via a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft.
