The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XUAHX-V5XD or 489XUAHXV5XD, is an 8-bolt mechanical shift PTO built for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec.
