The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XUITX-H3RB or 489XUITXH3RB is an 8-bolt mount PTO engineered for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. Its one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. The 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft is part of a lineup that includes Chelsea's 360-degree rotatable flange option with a greaseable shaft to reduce spline fretting and corrosion.
