The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489ZCDAX-P5XD or 489ZCDAXP5XD, is an 8-bolt mechanical shift PTO designed to bolt directly to most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The integral one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths compared to adapter-mounted designs. This series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range with a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capacity.
