The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489ZFDAX-A5XR or 489ZFDAXA5XR, is a wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO built around an 8-bolt mounting configuration. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening without an adapter plate, cutting potential leak paths compared to flanged adapter designs. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM.
