The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489ZHDAX-A5RK or 489ZHDAXA5RK mounts directly to the 8-bolt PTO opening on most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers up to 250 lb-ft torque capacity, shared with the 442 Series, using tapered bearings in place of needle bearings for greater load capacity. The 489 Series offers wire/cable mechanical shift and a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. Common internal parts with the 442 Series simplify service. Available from Pro Gear and Transmission.
