The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489ZLDAX-V5RK or 489ZLDAXV5RK, is an 8-bolt PTO designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths.
