The Chelsea 890HDFJW-B5DA or 890HDFJWB5DA is a hydraulic PowerShift power take-off built for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt flange and delivers an SAE C (XS) output shaft with Wet Spline lubrication to extend pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque is rated up to 670 ft-lb, with intermittent torque exceeding 501 lb-ft. Shaft power reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 890 Series moves the PTO pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, using a one-piece main shaft and a rear-mounted clutch to maximize clearance between the pump and the frame rail.
