The Chelsea 890LAFJW-D5AB or 890LAFJWD5AB is a hydraulic hot-shift power take-off built for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and delivers an SAE C ("XS") output flange, with continuous-duty torque up to 670 lb-ft and intermittent torque rated at 501+ lb-ft. Shaft power reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 890 Series design relocates the pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing and gear section tightly inboard while moving the output rearward for improved pump clearance. A one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines between the PTO and output extension. Wet spline lubrication is built in to reduce wear on the PTO and pump shaft in demanding service.
