The Chelsea 890MFFJW-D5XY or 890MFFJWD5XY is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO engineered for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the pump output to the rear of the transmission, clearing tight frame-rail spaces where a conventional side-mount PTO cannot fit. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines between the PTO body and the output extension, and the clutch sits at the rear of the unit so the housing tucks tightly against the transmission. The SAE C output shaft uses Wet Spline Technology to extend service life under continuous-duty conditions. Continuous-duty torque rating reaches 670 lb-ft, with intermittent torque capacity above 501 lb-ft. Shaft power output reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
