The Chelsea 890RAFJW-D5XS or 890RAFJWD5XS is a 10-bolt hydraulic hot-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 890 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It delivers a continuous torque rating up to 670 lb-ft and intermittent torque above 501 lb-ft, with shaft power of 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The SAE C output shaft uses the extended "XS" design, moving the pump mounting flange toward the rear of the transmission to improve clearance between the pump and the frame rail. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines between the PTO body and the output extension. A wet-spline output reduces wear on both the PTO and pump shaft in demanding service.
