892HAFJW-D5AB Chelsea PTO

The Chelsea 892HAFJW-D5AB or 892HAFJWD5AB is a hydraulic hot shift power take-off from the Chelsea 892 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 4700 Series transmissions. The 892 Series mounts via a 10-bolt flange and positions the pump mounting flange at the rear of the transmission to provide improved pump clearance between the transmission and frame rail. Output is SAE C type with Wet Spline technology, extending PTO and pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Intermittent torque for the 892 Series exceeds 501 lb-ft, with output power above 56 HP. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines between the PTO and output extension, and the clutch is located at the rear of the housing to allow the gear section to tuck tight to the transmission.
