The Chelsea 892HDFJW-B5AZ or 892HDFJWB5AZ is a hydraulic PowerShift power take-off from the Chelsea 892 Series, designed specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions, including the 4700. The 892 Series moves the PTO pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing and gear section tightly inboard while positioning the pump output rearward for clearance between the transmission and the frame rail. A one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and output extension. The SAE C output uses wet-spline technology to extend pump shaft life in demanding duty cycles. Continuous torque capacity reaches 670 ft-lb; intermittent torque is rated at 501+ ft-lb. The 10-bolt mount includes a rear support bracket.
