The Chelsea 892UBFJW-D5XS or 892UBFJWD5XS is a hydraulic hot-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 892 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 4700 Series transmissions. The 892 Series design positions the pump mounting flange at the rear of the transmission, relocating the output to create better clearance between the pump and the frame rail. Mounting is 10-bolt with an SAE C output shaft and SAE C outlet flange. Wet Spline Technology is standard on this unit, extending PTO and pump shaft life in demanding duty cycles. The one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and the output extension, and the clutch is located at the rear of the housing to allow the gear section to tuck tightly against the transmission.
